Fifteen for Thirty Yoga Challenge

Starting today, I’m challenging myself to practice 15 minutes of yoga every day for 30 consecutive days. Besides the physical benefits, I need the prayer and meditation time. Call me nuts, you won’t be the first, but my lack of attention to my physical health has negatively impacted my spiritual health. I think  it all goes back to self care and treating the body as a temple.

Learning to Pray

Started a new class at church last night called Prayer Life. I’ve been burdened for a while about developing a deeper prayer life. I think this class will help me do so.
